The Greatest Gift

We can buy expensive things, but when we receive a gift - even when it is a £5 gift - we are happier. There is something special about a gift. If it is an expensive gift, we get worried, 'Why somebody is giving me an expensive gift?' People exchange gifts and it's a good custom. Prophet Mohammad said, 'Oftentimes, exchange gifts; it increases love.' However, a man with spiritual character is very sensitive and he takes it as if somebody has done a great favour. He has to give something in return and [it is] something which is never to perish - something which is going to be the most precious item in your treasure. …

The Criterion to Judge Right and Wrong

Before you say somebody is wrong, make sure you are right; because in every culture, in every country, he or she that doesn’t agree with you says, 'You are wrong.' The thing is, what is the criterion to establish right and wrong? You do not furnish your claim with any valid, logical reasoning, you just issue the fatwa (verdict), 'You are wrong.' Day and night I see it in practical life: 'You are wrong, you are wrong, you are wrong.' I am really surprised: people are so lousy with their mouth, people are so lazy with their brain and people are so carefree with their attitude. They do not even want to understand what is wrong and what is right. Something that doesn’t interest their agenda, something that goes against the desires of their Nafs (Self/Ego), before long, they hurry up and declare, 'This is wrong.' But I want to tell you, before you say somebody is wrong, you want to make sure that you are saying it in the light of Quran, in the light of the teachings of Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi, in the light of the Bible and in the light of every celestial book that God has sent upon prophets and messengers.…

Laila tul Barat (15th of Shaban)

His Divine Eminence said, 'Every single day of the year, blessings of God and the wrath of God roam around in this world.' Those who have Ism-e-Dhaat in their Qalb (heart), they are protected against wrath of God and those who have Ism-e-Dhaat in their hearts, they are the ones who reap benefits from the roaming blessings of God. But if your heart is not enlightened, there is no Dhikr Allah in your Qalb, then wrath of God will catch you and blessings of God will not benefit you. But on this night, there are more blessings - but the thing is, if you cannot achieve a little blessings every day - because you do not have the tools of the trade, your heart is not open, whatever little blessings is sent to you every day, your heart doesn't accept it - then how will you engross the great amount of blessings of God on this special night? Your heart must be open! If your heart is not open, then blessings roam about here and there every day; you keep yourself deprived from the blessings of God. When your heart is open, then every day, blessings of God will furnish your heart with illuminations of the name of God. …

The Basics of Spirituality: Souls in the Human Body

We have this knowledge available here; practical knowledge. Some people make fun of the religion, some people make fun of the messengers, some people make fun of the saints of god. Especially they say, 'Oh, you are calling upon Jesus for help; thousands of people ask Jesus for help and he is just one. How does he help everybody?' Because they do not have knowledge of spirituality, they think it is a lie. 'Jesus cannot help so many people at a time.' But you understand today that with the help of spiritual knowledge, even a common man can be present at 16 different places.…

The Original Form of Ancient Spirituality

The form of spirituality that we are raising awareness of is the original form of ancient, primitive, prehistoric spirituality. We are not a miracle worker; we are not adding glamour to spirituality. Therefore, the fake seekers of spirituality are not fascinated by our message. It is very sad that there are only a handful of people who are genuinely seeking God's love and nearness. When I say, 'Genuine seekers of God's love,' I mean to say, 'Those people who want to love God, who want to be near God and at the same time they know how to do that.' When you do not know how to love God and how to be near God, then you live in a fantasy world.…
