Statement: His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi’s Spiritual Movement and Its Opposition

The following is a statement issued by Younus AlGohar, CEO of MFI and Official Representative of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi. 

Gohar Shahi Marhaba, Assalamualaikum.

Friends! I would like to present a few points and I hope you will give them due attention.

There have been differences since the Primordial Times, when God showed the souls the modelled luxuries of the paradise and the modelled luxuries of the world and called upon them to make a choice. Those who chose the world, the world was written in their fate; this is how they were declared as predestined worldly people. Those who chose the paradise, they were declared as predestined heaven-bound souls. Some of the souls were unable to make a choice, so their fate was suspended; when they come into the world, whosoever they are inclined to, they become theirs. Many worldly souls, upon learning about the teachings of the religion and the luxuries of paradise, adopt the religion. However, they are confined to the exoteric knowledge only. They don’t understand esoteric knowledge. These are the people who become involved in sectarianism and bloodshed because their predestined fate drags them towards hellfire.

There is no nation or group in which all its followers are Enlightened Believers. There have been hypocrites in every nation and group. Only those become Enlightened Believers who also obtain the knowledge of the heart. When His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi began the Spiritual Movement, countless people joined the movement. Some infiltrated as spies and others had no interest in spiritual poverty or sainthood; rather, they were interested in Kashf and miracles. Although they did join the movement, such people have nothing to do with spirituality. Whomsoever God wishes, he renders them guidance through divine energy. Faith and sainthood are not inherited.

After the martyrdom of Moula Ali, Imam Hassan became the Caliph. However, for the sake of the unification of the Muslim nation, Imam Hassan made a peace treaty with Ameer Muawiya; per the terms of the peace treaty, he renounced his role as Caliph. According to the peace treaty, Ameer Muawiya was not to appoint anybody from his family as a Caliph. Rather, the next Caliph was to be chosen democratically by the Muslim nation. Ameer Muawiya breached the terms of the peace treaty and immediately after the death of Imam Hassan, he appointed his son as Caliph. Ameer Muawiya made the Caliphate an inheritance. This very mischief led to the event of Karbala.

This is exactly what the useless sons of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi did. First of all, they declared the occultation of Imam Mehdi His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi to be His passing. They destroyed the faith of thousands of followers of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi. Then they took over as the inheritors of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi’s mission and teachings. It is so ironic that these sons are completely unaware of the teachings of Islam and esoteric knowledge and they often issue foolish statements. Then these sons did the same thing that the hypocrites and Kharijeen did with Bibi Fatima. They unlawfully took the property of the beloved daughter of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi, Farah Naz and forced the princess out of her home. The husband of respected Farah Naz, Shahzad, too was made subject to cruelty and injustice for propagating the office of Mehdi-hood.

Friends! The time is not far when the wrath of God will fall upon these tyrants. Learn to differentiate between the truth and falsehood and continue to thwart their evil conspiracies.
